We transformed the family living space of this period property in Bournville with small side extension and internal reconfiguration. The existing extension was remodelled to include a generous corner window seat as the main feature. This new seating area allows the established garden to be enjoyed from the comfort of the home.

The project also involved improvement to the existing fabric to exceed thermal performance (u-values), which were required to achieve current building regulations. The resulting space allows for year-round comfort for family and guests.
