Pear Tree Way
This modern, detached, house had a generous footprint but a very disjointed layout with an under-utilised, conservatory to the rear. Our plans re-orientated the existing, cramped, rooms to provide a welcoming family kitchen and dining space across the back of the property.
Key to the client’s vision for the project was to provide clear views from the front of the house to the rear, which we incorporated in a, full height, eaves window.
